1. Introduction Fabll (“Fabll”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a social media mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Fabll iOS app.

  • Account details: email address, username, name, profile picture, and bio (collected via Firebase Authentication)

  • User-generated content: posts, comments, messages, photos, videos, and any other content you create or share

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, IP address, app version, and usage statistics

  • Analytics and crash data (via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics)

Device Permissions You Grant

  • Camera and Photo Library: to let you capture and upload photos/videos

  • (Optional) Location: only if you enable location-based features (e.g., geotagging posts)

3. How We Use Your Information We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Provide core social features (posting, liking, commenting, connecting with others)

  • Display and store your content

  • Personalize your feed and experience

  • Improve the app, fix bugs, and analyze usage

4. Third-Party Services – Firebase (Google) Fabll is powered by Google Firebase:

  • Firestore (stores your profiles and posts)

  • Firebase Authentication (login)

  • Firebase Storage (stores your photos and videos)

  • Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (usage insights and crash reports)

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing Your Information We may share data only in these cases:

  • With Google Firebase as our service provider

  • When required by law or to protect rights/safety

  • In the event of a business merger or acquisition

6. Data Storage and Security Your data is stored on secure Google Cloud servers. We use industry-standard measures to protect it, but no system is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention We keep your data as long as your account is active or as needed for legal, security, or business purposes. You can delete your account and data at any time from the app.

8. Your Rights (Including GDPR) Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data

  • Object to or restrict processing

  • Data portability

  • Withdraw consent

For GDPR users (EU/UK): Fabll acts as the data controller. You can exercise these rights by contacting us. We respond to all valid requests within one month.

9. Children’s Privacy Fabll is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new version in the app and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Fabll after changes means you accept the updated policy.
